Glowtox

Glowtox is a two-part therapy. Our licensed esthetician begins with a VI Peel. This is a type of chemical peel that is designed to rejuvenate the skin by addressing various skin concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin texture. VI Peels are a popular choice among individuals seeking non-surgical skin enhancement.

This is followed by a Botox treatment. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing or relaxing the muscles responsible for wrinkle formation. The effects typically last for a few months, after which the treatment can be repeated to maintain the desired results. Botox treatments are minimally invasive and are often referred to as "lunchtime procedures" because they can be performed quickly with little to no downtime.

Is Glowtox Right For Me?

Determining whether Glowtox is right for you depends on various factors, including your skin type, concerns, and goals.

Consult with our licensed staff about your expected outcomes to see if Glowtox is a treatment right for you.

How Does Glowtox Differ From A Facial?

The main difference is the mechanism of action. VI peels use a chemical solution, typically composed of acids (such as alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, trichloroacetic acid, or phenol), to exfoliate the skin. These acids work by dissolving the bonds between dead skin cells, leading to their shedding and removal.

Salt facials use salt-based products to exfoliate the skin physically. A salt scrub or paste is applied to the skin's surface and gently massaged to remove dead skin cells, dirt, and impurities.

Glowtox is followed by a treatment of Botox to smooth lines and wrinkles. This is provided as a separate service with salt facials.

What Is The Depth Of Exfoliation With Glowtox?

VI peels can vary in strength, from superficial to deep. The depth of exfoliation depends on the type and strength of the peel used. Superficial peels target the outermost layer of the skin, while deeper peels penetrate deeper into the skin.
